The Valesco Enterprise 3000 is an expandable19 tower rack system that is custom built and is acomplete comprehensive tool that will pre-condition newbatteries, recondition and recover old batteries, identifycapacities and faults, and help manage the battery fleet.It is expandable up to 128 batteries of any type andchemistries off one CPU.

The AdvanceTec AdvanceCase Charger is an essentialcomponent for any Emergency Preparedness Program andother remote deployment applications. The AdvanceCaseCharger is supplied in a rugged, protective case made oflightweight HPXResin with double layered soft grip handlesand double pad lockable clasps. It is designed to withstandextreme temperatures and harsh environments. The portabledesign offer versatile application, is MilSpec approved andis waterproof, dustproof, and crushproof. Powered by 12-24VDC connection, the AdvanceCase Charger is a perfectsolution to meet your in-field battery charging requirements.

The six-bay configuration is a tri-chemistry conditioningcharger designed for use with most major OEM portableradio batteries, including Motorola Impres. It willcharge up to six batteries of any battery chemistry typesimultaneously; both IS and Non-IS. The unit also offersdrop-in capability for Impres batteries alone or whileattached to the radio via a specially designed adapter cup.The twelve-bay configuration(model AT7012A) is designedfor use with most major TETRA portable radio batteries andmany cell phone batteries.

The AdvanceLogic Charger is a versatile tri-chemistry four bayconditioning charger designed for everyday use with most majorOEM portable radio batteries, including Motorola Impresradio batteries. It will charge up to four batteries of any batterychemistry type simultaneously; both intrinsically safe (IS) and nonintrinsically safe batteries (Non-IS.) including drop-in capabilityfor Impres batteries alone or while attached to the radio usinga specially designed adaptor cup. The AdvanceLogic alsoprovides drop-in rapid charging for non-Impres batteries. Icharges and conditions in a single process achieving maximumextended battery life allowing the safe topping off of the batterycharge at any time.

LED indicators independently show the charge status of eachbattery. The Green LED will blink during the charge process andturn to sold Green on completion indicating that the battery hasentered into a maintenance mode. In the maintenance mode thebatteries can be left on the unit for extended periods of time withouthe risk of ever overcharging, and while achieving maximumextended battery life.

TheACTiCHARGE Battery Analyzing Systems(BAS) are the perfectsolution for taking control of the conditioning, testing and analyzingof your batteries. Designed for use with a PC or Laptop, these unitsinclude software which provides real-time battery conditioning, andbattery capacity analysis with visibility of the battery voltage, stage ofcharging process, and phase time per charge cycle. The analysis resultsare stored and retained to provide historical comparative data.

The BAS units can be expanded by daisy-linking together with otherBAS units and run off the same PC or laptop to monitor and analyze

up to 120 (i90) or up to 240 (i92) batteries simultaneously and canbe remotely monitored. Expanded units can be run off 1 PC and noadditional software licenses are required.

The ACTiCHARGE i90 BAS is designed for two-way Ni-Cd, NiMH,Li-Ion and/or Li-Poly chemistry radio batteries. The ACT iCHARGEi92 BAS is designed for Lithium Ion and/or Lithium Polymer batteries forTETRA, BlackBerry, smaller portable two-way radio and cell phones.Both units are compatible with bar code scanning technology.

The Enterprise 3000 Battery Management Solutionis a complete stand alone system designed tomanage and control rechargeable batteries. With theintegrated LCD touch screen and bar code reader,processing batteries and retrieving data is efficientand seamless. By scanning the battery serial number,its characteristics are automatically downloaded toa pocket and the results are logged for current orfuture reference. This process also allows for multiple

chemistries of similar physical types of batteries tobe used in the same pocket. At the touch of a buttonthe operator can start another process on the samebattery, print a service label or view the history.

It will pre-condition new batteries, analyze, reconditionand recover older batteries, identify capacities andfaults in all battery chemistries, and help manage thebattery fleet.
