They’re building a new bridge to ease access to the new RoRo Terminal in thecentre background can be seen the Ilo² Provincial Legislature Building. Youcan also see that construction is continuing a pace throughout the region.

They’ve built a dike on the Muelle Loney side of the inner harbour to facilitate the building of the bridge. Once the construction is done on this side of the harbour then the dike will be moved to the other side of the harbour.
