ABOUT HITLER Adolf Hitler (20 April 1889 – 30 April 1945) was an Austrian-

born

He joined the German Workers' Party 1919, and became leader

of the same in 1921

Hitler's aim was to establish a New Order of absolute Nazi

German hegemony in continental Europe

Hitler married his long-time partner, Eva Braun. On 30 April

1945, less than two days later, the two committed suicide to

avoid capture by the Red Army and their corpses were burned

HITLER AS A LEADER Commanding and possibly unreasonable. With the

attitude

"My way or the highway" Hitler was extremely authoritarian.

People followed his orders to become part of his

movement. He never took other people's opinions into

account.

HITLER’S DEATH

He committed suicide as they were losing the

war against Russians.

He and his wife consumed cyanide pills and to

be very safe with it he also shot himself.

His body was buried under the bunker he was

staying and was later found by the Russians 10

years later.

Though twisted man was a brilliant, charismatic

leader

His accomplishments as a leader must be regarded

as great

The style proved to be very successful when

referring to the definition of leadership that we

have been concerned with this term.
