• Instructions to enable customers to print their Jet Blue boarding passes due to BCL Computers not having the latest version of Adobe Flash
Overview
• Install Flash Video
– Go to Adobe.com
– Install software
• Print Boarding pass
– Change Internet Explore Page Set up to Landscape
Get & Install Adobe Flash
• Go to Adobe website
– www.adobe.com
– Shortcut (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ )
– Click on Downloads / Adobe Flash
– Scroll down and click on I Agree and Install button
– Follow the instructions on the screen
Pop Up blocker
Install ActiveX
Install
Installing - Wait
Done – Click Close
Jet Blue Boarding Pass• Customer goes to website
• Check In & Print Boarding Pass
Change Page Set Up to Landscape
• Click on File
• Page Set Up
• Select Landscape
• Click OK
Select Landscape
Ready to Retrieve and Print Boarding Pass!
