Admission in New Era University is still ongoing this May 2011 .Freshmen applicants should

consider the admission requirements and procedures below:

REQUIREMENTS

A student seeking admission to the University must be a graduate of a standard secondary

course offered by a duly recognized school and must have passed the NEU Admission Test andMedical & Physical Exam. A student whose eligibility for admission has been verified must

submit to the Registrar or his authorized representatives the following:

For PEPT and NFE A&E Qualifiers

Certificate of Rating & Certification issued by DepEd.

Incoming Freshmen

High School Fourth Year Card (F-138) or, in case this is not available, Third Year Card

(F-138)

National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) Result.

Transferee Students

Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certification of Grades

Transfer Credential Certificate / Honorable Dismissal

Graduate Studies & Bachelor of Laws

Original & Photocopy of TOR with Special Order Number

Transfer Credential Certificate / Honorable Dismissal

Foreign Students

Original & Photocopy of TOR/Scholastic Records duly authenticated by the Philippine

Foreign Service Post located in the applicant's country of origin or legal residence.

Clear copy of Applicant's Passport with personal data, latest admission and authorized

period to stay.

Police Clearance issued by the national police authorities in the applicant's country of

origin or legal residence, authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post having

consular jurisdiction over the said places.Additional Requirements

Five (5) copies of 2" x 2" color Identical ID Pictures with printed name and signature ofapplicant at the back.

"Patotoo ng Lokal" for INC members

For Non-INC Member: Secure a recommendation (letter) from an INC Member and a

Locale Resident Minister of INC Locale nearest to applicant's residence attesting tohis/her being good and law abiding citizen.

Certification of Good Moral Character from the last school attented and/or employer.

Photocopy of NSO - Authenticated Birth Certificate (for undergraduate degree students

only).

Entry Grade Admission Requirements 83 for the primary and secondary levels;

85 for the tertiary level;

2.25 weighted average for transferees to the tertiary level.

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Step 1: Secure NEU Form A from the Registrar's Office (Second Floor College Building- Center)

Step 2: Submit the accomplished NEU Form A together with the above-mentioned

documents.

Step 3: If the application for Admission to NEU is approved, proceed the the Cashier'sOffice (Room 201) for admission test fee payment.

Step 4: Proceed to the Guidance Office (Room 214) for the schedule of admission test.

Results of the admission test can be verified from the College which has the jurisdictionon the course being applied for. Trunk Line Number: (+632) 981-4221, Locals: Arts and

Sicences, 3833; Business Administration, 3816; Education, 3814; Engineering, 3815;

Graduate School, 3865; Law, 3895; and Nursing, 3889.

Step 5: Qualified applicants who passed the admission test shall coordinate with the

Dean's office for schedule of interview (NOTE: Bring all the admission documents).

Step 6: Proceed to NEU Clinic (Room 235) for medical assessment.

Step 7: Proceed to the CSDE Office (High School Bldg. Room 108) for orientation on

school discipline policies.

Step 8: Return to the Registrar's Office and submit all the admission documents together

with the interview form for the issuance of Admission Certificate for Enrollment.

Step 9: Proceed to respective college department for enrollment.
