ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. SCB-SEC-01-051714AN ORDER ESTABLISHING THE SAMAHAN CENTRAL BOARD CODE OF

INTERNAL PROCEDURES FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2014-2015

WHEREAS, Article 2 Section 3J of the 1982 SAMAHAN Constitution states that theSAMAHAN should at all times strive to be an effective voice which can truly realize theplans and aspirations of the students.

WHEREAS , the SAMAHAN Central Board believes that in order to become an effectivevoice of the studentry, they should be responsive in organizing discussions on arisingissues and matters that greatly concern the stakeholders of SAMAHAN.

WHEREAS, the SAMAHAN Central Board recognizes that there should be a policy onthe conduct of proceeding during meetings.

WHEREAS, the previous administrations have drafted their own Code of InternalProcedures and the current administration patterned some of its implementingguidelines.

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a new SAMAHAN Code of Internal Procedureshas been crafted for School Year 2014-2015.

WHEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the SAMAHAN Code of InternalProcedures should be followed by the SAMAHAN Central Board Officers, CommitteeHeads, and Appointees.

WHEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that this SAMAHAN Code of Internal

Procedures will be effective on the same date and time this Administrative Order hasbeen duly signed by the SAMAHAN Secretary-General.
