Operations Track Rotation Structure The CommonSpirit Health Administrative Fellowship Operations Track will provide fellows with a broad range of health care experiences both at the national and local level. Fellows complete four rotations over the course of a year and a half to gain exposure and develop valuable skill sets in the hospital, ambulatory, and leadership functions within their divisions.

Operations Track Rotation Structure

The CommonSpirit Health Administrative FellowshipOperations Track will provide fellows with a broad range ofhealth care experiences both at the national and local level.Fellows complete four rotations over the course of a year anda half to gain exposure and develop valuable skill sets in thehospital, ambulatory, and leadership functions within theirdivisions.

Master of Health Administration (MHA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Master of Public Health (MPH)Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)Or equivalent degree from an accredited graduate program

At the time of their application, candidates must either be currentlyenrolled in their last year of an accredited graduate program, willhave completed upon conclusion of fellowship, or have recentlycompleted* one of the below degrees from an accredited university:

Successful candidates will demonstrate interest in managementopportunities within an integrated healthcare delivery system, apassion for the mission of CommonSpirit Health, and a commitmentto being a provider of humankindess.

*recently completed: candidate has completed an applicableMaster’s degree within 1-2 years from the time of application.
