INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

1. The Board shall not be responsible for any eventual mistake in the result if the form is not correctly filled in.

2. Admission Forms of regular candidates shall not be entertained without Registration and

for private candidates without Registration Fee at HSSC level.

3. Copy of SSC Result Card & HSSC Registration Card must be attached with the Admissioin Form.

4. The Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination shall be open to a private candidate who

resident of territorial jurisdiction of FBISE and they got admission form attested by any Govt Officer

of BPS-17 & above in Education Deparment / Armed Forces, whereas admission form of regular

Candidates must be attested by the heads of their respective institutions only.

6. College Leaving Certificate (in original) must be attached, to the effect that the candidate has not been

on the roll of an affiliated Institution as a regular candidate after 30th November during the current

academic year.

7. A private candidate shall not be permitted to appear in the subjects involving practicals, against which

the star* sign appears in the subject list.

10. The result of HSSC Part-I will remain intact for a period of two (02) years after the date of its declaration.

11. If a candidate after having appeared in HSSC part-I examination intends to repeat all papers of HSSC

part-I he/she may do so after getting cancellation of his/her previous result of HSSC part-I from the Board.

12. A candidate found guilty of having concealed any fact in Admission Form or of having made any false

statement shall be debarred from appearing at the Board Examination for such period as decided by the

Board.

correctly filled in or any required information i s lacking; (b) the form and requisite fee is not submitted

to Board within stipulated time; (c) the candidate does not settle objections raised in accordance with

the rules within specified period;(d) the candidate does not fulfil the conditions of eligibility for the

Examination; and (e) the same has not been submitted within due date even though the fee has been

deposited in time.

Note: Intitutions/Candidates who send their Admission Forms by Post must despatch

three (3) days before the last date fixed for each slab of notified schedule.
