Maneet Singh, the Director, has been associated to IT industry for last 14 years. He has vast experience in Telecom, turn key project consultancy & various BPO & KPOs. He is a Charter Member & Chair (Finance) of Tie-Chandigarh Chapter

Dr Sandeep Rana, the Vice President, is M.V.Sc (Gold Medalist). He has been core contributor in creating Training Programs at ADI. Over the years, he worked as Training Manager prior to given he responsibility of Vice President

The Training Division is a non-profit center of ADI, with the prime focus of Human Resource Development.

Focusing on competencies at the first stage, the prospective candidates at ADI Biosolution are offered jobs in other ADI Divisions, where they are given On Job training and then through structured Programs of ADI to fulfill the long-term needs of their given responsibility.

Around 300-350 people trained in ADI Biosolution every year.
