Step 1. After the recording is over please click dots at the corner

Adding viewers and owners to view MS Teams recording

Step 2. Click on the first option (Open in Microsoft Stream)

The video will open in the Microsoft stream in your default browser

Step 3. Click on my content and click on Videos It will list out all your videos

Step 4. Click on the image of the pencil in the corner of the video you want to share:

Step 5. You will be presented with the details of the videos, including list of people who could watch the videos (viewers) and and could download the video (owner) in the Permissions tab.

Step 6. In front of “People” tab, fill out the email id of a user you want to add as viewer or owner

b) We can select the email id of Dean SCI or Dean ENG

Dean (SCI) is now added in the list of people, allowed to view the video. If you want a viewer to download the video, please check the box in front of the name of the user.

Step 7. Finally click on the apply to complete the process

Don’t forget to send the link to the video to the viewer.
