My most recent position has been with Carlton and United Breweries (CUB SAB Miller) as a sales
and services representative and territory manager. My role consisted of exclusively servicing upwards
of 160 clients in conjunction with field agents providing personal account management, weekly to bi-
weekly sales calls and ordering within the global SAP system.
I was also accountable for weekly sales planning, product pricing/placement and implementation,
state-national product roll outs, centre wide presentations and product training for staff and
customers.
After a year working with CUB I joined Customer activation team and became part of the Product roll
out of the updated Pure Blonde Brand, Working with the brand manager to successfully present and
implement the new branding and product variation to our centre, by creating interactive and
informative presentations for 70+ sales staff and team leaders, that could then be passed down to
customers and consumers. This was quite challenging due to a loyal customer base of one of largest
Beer brands in Australia and for CUB’s portfolio.
Through coordination with the graphic designer for CUB I created and implemented a complete
detailed interactive product guide for CUB’s entire stock list for staff training and sales.
Prior to CUB I worked with Woolworth’s-BWS as the store manager of a busy retail liquor store. I was
promoted from Assistant Manager to Relief Manager within a year and then Store Manager shortly
after. Leading a team of 6 I was able to boost store sales from an average $38,000 a week to
$42,000 within 6 months through strong sales planning, staff training and customer focus. I’m well
versed in recommending products and up selling to customers, ensuring they’re satisfied with every
product.
Taking on challenges and finding the best outcome in any situation is something I enjoy. I am able to
build a strong repour with customers and cater to their needs effectively.
