Welcome to Crackle. This guide details the specifications for the required and optional ad elements, including details on file delivery, for sponsorship packages available on Crackle.

Use this guide as your reference for submitting advertising assets and creative. It has been created in order to best represent your content to consumers and ensure optimal performance.

Standard Ad Package

The standard video ad package includes placement of the campaign’s creative into any one of the Crackle standard ad spots. For example, the video ad may appear as a pre-roll or commercial break in movies, full episodes, original series, minisodes and clips on Crackle.com and on distri-bution partners of Crackle.

The 300x250 med rec banner may be offered as a companion to the video ad.

Pages that show only standard banners include such highly trafficked pages such as Profiles, Search/Topics and Browse pages.

Deliverables include up to the following elements: 1. Video Ad: 15 seconds preferred, 30 seconds acceptable.

a. 5-second “Brought To You By” card before program if Video Ad not available

2. 300x250 Banner (Can be an expandable rich-media ad)

The homepage sponsorship includes placement of the campaign’s creative into any one of the Crackle homepage ad spots, with the exception of the Featured Collection, which may be repre-sented by a second sponsor.

Deliverables may include up to the following elements:

1. 970x30 Pencil Ad, expands to 970x410

a. Default state is expand on hover at first instance; subsequent click to expand. Audio defaults to off

Watch Page Sponsorship

The Watch Page video ad package includes placement of the campaign’s creative into all Watch Page ad spots, including the page background. Targeting may be limited to a certain title, group-ing of titles or genre, or may encompass the entire Movies or Shows vertical.

The video ad may appear as a pre-roll or mid-roll in movies, full episodes, original series, mini-sodes and clips on Crackle.com and on distribution partners of Crackle.

The package also includes companion banners that appear with the corresponding video ad based on the environment the video is played in.

Deliverables may include up to the following elements:

Collections Page Sponsorship

The Collections Page package includes placement of the campaign’s creative into all Collections page ad spots, including the page background. Each Collections page features a video player.

This package may extend to the shows and movies, ie: the watch pages, contained within the Collection. If this is the case, the sponsorship must also meet the specs of the Watch Page Sponsorship.

Note that a sponsor logo is included in the Featured Collection widget that appears on the Crackle homepage and sectional pages. If multiple Collections sponsorships run simultaneously, the Homepage placement will rotate.
