• 1 000 000 stems in 2008/09 at Terceira Island• More area will be stablished with varieties of

Protea and Leucospermum genus coming 4 years

• More experiments and investigations to manipulate the flowering season and improve quality pre/post harvest, possible due to Azores University and Agriculture Governmental Department more involvment
