CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS Please note that deposits are non-refundable where a cancellation occurs. Notification of cancellation or change of date must be confirmed in writing to the hotel. Cancellation within 4 months of the wedding date will require 25% payment of the estimated wedding bill. Cancellation within 2 months of the wedding date will require 50% payment of the estimated wedding bill. Cancellations within 1 month of the wedding date will require full payment of the estimated wedding bill.

BAR EXTENSION A bar exemption can be applied for at a cost of €480. This extends the drinking time by one hour. All entertainment must cease by 2.00am. This must be reserved 3 months prior to the event. Please note that Actons of Kinsale do not levy a surcharge for the provision of the bar extension and will be happy to apply for these on your behalf.

However from time to time the court services and other parties external to the hotel reserve the right to increase their prices. While unfortunate, the hotel is unable to bear the cost of such increases and will advise you well in advance of the cost to be bourne.

CIVIL CEREMONIESYou are able to hold a civil wedding ceremony for up to 250 guests in the hotel.

NUMBERS€85pp offer is based on a minium of 120 guests. Anticipated numbers are to be given to the hotel 14 days in advance. Final numbers are to be confirmed 72 hours in advance. This is the minimum amount of guests that you will be charged for.

For Weddings on a Friday or Saturday from May to September and Bank Holiday Weekends we will require a minimum of 120 guests for the Kinsale Suite. Weddings below this amount will be charged at the minimum number of 120 guests.

THE SEATING PLANThis must be submitted no later than 48 hours in advance and needs to be presented in a typed electronic format.

CHILDRENChildren are always very welcome at Actons of Kinsale and children’s menus are available. We would be delighted to provide a list of local baby sitters on request.

GUEST ROOMSWe are delighted to offer your guests a special wedding rate on the evening of your wedding. We will reserve 20 rooms at a preferential rate these can be held for up to 4 weeks prior to the wedding at which stage they will be automatically released for resale.

REHEARSAL DINNER / POST WEDDING DAY CELEBRATIONSWe would be delighted to advise you of possible dining options for your party prior to or following your wedding day.

DEPOSITSA date may be provisionally held for up to fourteen days, after which a signed contract and deposit of €2,500 is required.

PAYMENTFull payment is due based on a proforma invoice 7 days prior to your reception. Payment can be made by bankers draft or credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card there will be a charge of 3% of total amount for this facility.

CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS Please note that deposits are non-refundable where a cancellation occurs. Notification of cancellation or change of date must be confirmed in writing to the hotel. Cancellation within 4 months of the wedding date will require 25% payment of the estimated wedding bill. Cancellation within 2 months of the wedding date will require 50% payment of the estimated wedding bill. Cancellations within 1 month of the wedding date will require full payment of the estimated wedding bill.

BAR EXTENSION A bar exemption can be applied for at a cost of €480. This extends the drinking time by one hour. All entertainment must cease by 2.00am. This must be reserved 3 months prior to the event. Please note that Actons of Kinsale do not levy a surcharge for the provision of the bar extension and will be happy to apply for these on your behalf.

However from time to time the court services and other parties external to the hotel reserve the right to increase their prices. While unfortunate, the hotel is unable to bear the cost of such increases and will advise you well in advance of the cost to be bourne.

CIVIL CEREMONIESYou are able to hold a civil wedding ceremony for up to 250 guests in the hotel.

NUMBERS€85pp offer is based on a minium of 120 guests. Anticipated numbers are to be given to the hotel 14 days in advance. Final numbers are to be confirmed 72 hours in advance. This is the minimum amount of guests that you will be charged for.

For Weddings on a Friday or Saturday from May to September and Bank Holiday Weekends we will require a minimum of 120 guests for the Kinsale Suite. Weddings below this amount will be charged at the minimum number of 120 guests.

THE SEATING PLANThis must be submitted no later than 48 hours in advance and needs to be presented in a typed electronic format.

CHILDRENChildren are always very welcome at Actons of Kinsale and children’s menus are available. We would be delighted to provide a list of local baby sitters on request.

GUEST ROOMSWe are delighted to offer your guests a special wedding rate on the evening of your wedding. We will reserve 20 rooms at a preferential rate these can be held for up to 4 weeks prior to the wedding at which stage they will be automatically released for resale.

REHEARSAL DINNER / POST WEDDING DAY CELEBRATIONSWe would be delighted to advise you of possible dining options for your party prior to or following your wedding day.
