BEEP AND BOB BOOKS BY Jonathan Roth

IN THIS HILARIOUS, ACTION-PACKED SPACE SERIES, Bob and his best friend Beep, a little lost alien,

have adventures aplenty at Astro Elementary, the only school in orbit around Saturn. Bob’s favorite pastime

is napping, or eating, or maybe reading comic books—it’s so hard to choose. It’s definitely NOT school or

homework, which seem to be his friend Lani’s top two reasons for living. Thankfully, Beep is around to keep

Bob company, and to illustrate Bob’s space log (or splog) entries, an assignment to show kids from the past how

great things are in the future in outer space—if by “great” you mean terrifying and stupendously boring, with no

candy and bad grades.

Join Beep and Bob on their funny misadventures—battling scary field trips, evil aliens, the hazards of

duplicator rays, and more—in the four books in the Beep and Bob series for readers ages 6–9.

Bob writes Splog, or Space Blog, entries to tell kids of the past (that’s you!) what life is like at Astro Elementary 200 years in the future. Write your own Plog, or Planet Blog, to Beep and Bob and tell them about your school on Earth.

Too Much Space! In Beep and Bob’s first adventure, Bob is humiliated on a field trip to Pluto when his tongue gets stuck to the ice. Not even Beep can keep Bob from becoming the laughing stock of Astro Elementary. Bob has to find a way to completely change his personality (and get over his fear of spiders), just in time for their next treacherous field trip— to the gaping mouth of a super massive black hole!978-1-4814-8853-2 hardcover978-1-4814-8852-5 paperback

Party CrashersBeep and Bob attend Lani’s birthday party on the Starship Titanic, a super luxury space cruiser with three water parks, sixteen amusement parks, and twelve-million TV channels! At Lani’s party, the lights dim and the super-rich guests’ jewelry is stolen—and Beep and Bob get blamed for the crime! If that wasn’t bad enough, the “indestructible” Titanic is headed straight for the ice rings of Neptune! Can Beep and Bob save the day and find the real crooks?978-1-4814-8856-3 hardcover978-1-4814-8855-6 paperback

Take Us to Your SugarBob is horrified to learn that Astro Elementary does NOT celebrate Halloween! How else will he get free candy? Determined to save the holiday, Bob, Beep, and Lani organize a secret club and invent a new holiday: Astroween. Astroween fever invades the school—and so do some scary aliens in search of sugar to run their space ships. Beep and Bob may have saved the holiday, but can they use their sugar-addled wits to save the school?978-1-4814-8859-4 hardcover 978-1-4814-8858-7 paperback

Double TroubleBeep and Bob accidentally clone themselves while working on their school assignment to build a replica of the Eiffel Space Tower using ice pop sticks. Having duplicates has its perks: Beep and Bob can sleep in and let Beep Two and Backward Bob go to class! But when Backward Bob wins the ice pop sticks contest, Bob gets jealous—until he and Lani figure out that Backward Bob is much less Bob-like than they thought!978-1-4814-8862-4 hardcover978-1-4814-8861-7 paperback
