Proposal to make AMP APAN

Who knows RTT and traces among APAN members?

How many collaborative researches are there in APAN?

Do we have APAN performance measurement infrastructure?

Is it difficult to make AMP APAN? No idea, but AMP APAN can do

Nobody knows it, but AMP APAN can do.

Some, and AMP APAN can be one of them.

Not at all, but 50% of AMP APAN completed already.
