How does ACTIPERIMETER function?

Ÿ It secures the entire boundary of your warehouse with a 'Region of Interest' that is drawn all around the boundary, called Digital Virtual Boundary.

ACTIAUDITTruck loading and unloading is a daily activity in warehouses. Hence Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are created to achieve efficiency, quality output and uniformity of performance. Securens’ ACTIAUDIT is a complete SOP Audit that keeps check on loading and unloading process, detects any deviance or malpractices and reports incidents (with video clips), thus empowering you to take corrective actions and substantially improve the efficiency of your business processes.

How does ACTIAUDIT function?

Ÿ The loading and unloading operations at your warehouse are covered by cameras which are connected to the Securens Command Centre.

Pre-installation of Securens’s eSurveillance

solut ions, the process and system were

decentralised. IIFL had CCTV cameras and DVRs

but without any control. Is the video footage

storage happening or not was one of the concerns.

Only when the auditor went to the branch, did we

come to know that a particular DVR is not working

or the CCTV recording is not happening.

If any incident happens (not talking about the

bigger incidents but even the smallest incident)

inside the branch, Say for example if there is an

incident of customer unruly behaviour, IIFL will not

know until they audit the DVR.

Not knowing what is happening at the branch level,

the decentralised surveillance operations was a big

motive to choose an automated system.

The Rachakonda Police Commissionerate would like to appreciate

Securens Systems Pvt. Ltd. On the night of Nov 5/6, 2018 unknown

offender attempted robbery of bank ATMs in 2 Locations(LB Nagar

Zone). Immediately, your monitoring centre alerted the Rachakonda

Police station and provided video footage of the offender.

With the help of Securens Monitoring Centre we apprehended the culprit

in a day.
