Path to Well-Being In the month of October we're going to show our appreciation for the Irondequoit Fire Department by baking cookies for them. Each and every day firefighters go into work not knowing what may lie ahead. They do this with honor and pride, knowing that no matter what faces them each day, they will be brave in the face of fear. Their families are just as strong to support such a noble cause. Firefighters feel a purpose in their souls to "save" and to "rescue" everything & anything they can. Whether it be a home, a business, a property, a person, an animal, a forest...anything that may be in danger and possibly pose a threat to others. They do this for the selfless purpose of helping those in need. These are real everyday heroes and this is one small token that we can share with them to let them know how much their sacrifice and honor means to each and every one of us. Thriving
