Go to: csudh.edu/username
Enter your CSUDH ID number (Your ID number is located on your acceptance email and letter).
Click on “Look up Username”, please write down your username this is what you will use to log into your MyCSUDH (Student Portal).
Click on option that reads “For first-time users, click HERE to activate your account.”

On the next page, enter your Username, and current password. The current password is your 6-digit birthdate (MMDDYY).
Click on “Go to Password Reset Form.”
Enter your Username.
Create two security questions. Once answers are entered, enter a new password.
(For security purposes, your password must be a minimum of 12 characters and a combination of Upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not use your name in the new password.)
Click “Change Password."
