Poster Making The purpose of a poster is to outline a

work that stimulates interest.

The information in a poster should be presented as simply as possible, and

diagrams should be used where possible to keep down the amount of text.

A typical reader may spend only a few minutes looking at the poster, so there

should be a minimum of text and a maximum of informative statements and

attractive, enlightening graphics.
