Action Plan

To make sure my work is completed on time without it being delayed I have constructed an action

plan to help to plan ahead and keep record of where I am up to. By the half term I plan have to

complete all my Ancillary tasks and so in the October half term I can plan my main task and begin

filming as soon as it is possible. To be able to complete everything before the final deadline I will

also be finishing work in my spare time and outside of college.

3rd September 2010 Introduction to the course for this year

4th September 2010 Begin the coursework and start on ancillary task.

7th September 2010 Start to plan my coursework

8th September 2010 Photo shoot for my cd cover and poster

9th September 2010 Design a questionnaire for my target audience

10th September 2010 Analyse the feedback I received from my questionnaire.

11th September 2010 Put them into a presentation

14th September 2010 Create an equipment list for my music video

15th September 2010 Start to create my three tasks which are a cd cover front and back and a poster.

16th September 2010 Edit my original images I took on Photoshop

18th September 2010 Start to put everything together for my cd covers, editing everything to make it look realistic.

20th September 2010 After looking at many of the drafts decide upon the one I believe will be the most successful.

22nd September 2010 Analyse the drafts and explain the changes I have made throughout the Ancillary task.

25th September 2010 Make sure everything I have done is up to a good standard and any in complete work to be finished.

30th September 2010 Give an overall analysis on the Ancillary task.

3rd October 2010 Carry on completing an overall evaluatation of the tasks I have produced.

End of October 2010 DEADLINE – check through all the work I have completed to see if anything

needs improvement.
