Triglyceride =or< 150mg/Dl (1.69mmol/L) is bad. 9. Protein = 4kcal/g, Carbs=9kcal/g, Fats=9kcal/g, Alcohol=7kcal/g 10. Minimum energy intake is 1200kcal/day. 11. Fiber intake :20-35g/day 12.
