ACO Grease separators Packages

All ACO Grease separators are incorporated in a single Revit template along with all accessories. This template includes the following families:1. Lipumax- P Basis2. Lipumax- PD3. Lipumax- PDM & PDA4. Lipumax- C-FST5. Lipumax- FST-SC6. Sampling shafts - C7. Sampling shafts – P8. Disposal shafts - P

Loading ACO Grease separators into the project:

1. Download the ACO Grease separators project file and save it to a suitable location

2. Select any one of the family from ACO Grease separators, load to your project

3. Navigate to the “Insert” icon on the Revit ribbon and click “Load Family”

4. The file can now be placed into your project. Navigate to the “Architecture/Component” icons on the Revit ribbon and click “Place a Component”

Placing of families1. Click on the model – At properties tool bar, it will display family

name and types

2. Every family consists of different types such as NS2/200, NS4/400, the user has to select the appropriate family type from the “Properties” drop down menu.

For plastic Lipumax versions:

1. Selection of Top section: Select the family and the user has to select the top section details by using the tick options provided in the constraints fields. There will be three options for top sections such as plastic_topsection_short, plastic_topsection_long and without_plastic_topsection.

2. Selection of Load class: The user has to select the load class by enabling the tick options provided whether it may be loadclass_A15 or loadclass_B125 and loadclass_D400. For D400 there will be two categories one is with load distribution plate and another one is without load distribution plate. We can choose any one based on the requirement

3. Height value: Now the user has to enter the installation height value in the height option. T value is defined by the vertical distance between top of the manhole cover to the bottom of the inlet pipe. The user enter value gets adjusted based on the minimum and maximum values for the product installation.

4. Selection of accessories: Finally, the user has to select accessories such as grease measuring device and its length value. Also we can select the OD and DN options for the inlet and out let pipes

For Concrete Lipumax versions:1. Selection of Cover plates: After loading into the project, the user has

BIM User Guide: March 2020to select the family types and then select the cover plates conditions, it will be two conditions such as cover plates A1 and cover plates A2.

2. Selection of Bearing rings and shaft rings: The user has to select the bearing rings and shaft rings positions and enter its height value as how much they required. The maximum number of positions is allowed up to three layers only for both bearing and shaft rings

3. Selection of accessories: Finally, the user has to select accessories such as procurat alarm device, oil probe. Also we can select the OD and DN options for the inlet and out let pipes

Note: Sampling shafts is also having the same procedure for selection of bearing rings and shaft rings

Material Library:

The ACO Grease separators files contain materials that are already pre-loaded into the components. When loading the ACO Grease separators files into your project the pre-loaded materials will automatically transfer through.

Schedules and quantities: The information such as article number, GTIN data, weight, installation guidelines within the parameters is stored as “shared Parameters” so can easily be appeared when creating a schedule and quantities in the project environment.
