Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat happens if one of my customers is suspended on the last day of the month, but payment is made the following month? AnIBOmusthave5activecustomersatthecloseofthemonthinordertoreceivethecreditthefollowingmonth.Forexample,ifthecustomerissuspendedinJanuary,theywouldn’tcounttowardthepromotion.However,iftheypaidinFebruaryandwereactivebythecloseofFebruary,theywouldcounttowardthepromotionforthatmonth.

Do the points still apply for the credited service? Yes.

Can I mix and match services as long as they total 5? No,allcustomersmustbethesameserviceinorderfortheIBOtoreceiveacreditontheirservice.Forexample,anIBOwhoisaDigitalPhoneServicecustomerwhoacquires5DigitalPhoneServicecustomersafterJanuary1willreceiveacreditfortheirpersonalservice.

Do Family Plan lines or accounts with multiple lines qualify? No,customersmustbeseparateaccounts,thereforeaccountswithfamilyplanlinesoraccountswithmultiplevideophones,wirelessphonesorlocallinescountasonecustomer.

Can my customers be on the same account?No,the5qualifyingcustomersmustbeseparateaccountswithseparatecreditcardinformation,outsideoftheIBO’shome.

Can my customer be in another country?AllqualifyingcustomersmustbeinthesamecountryastheIBO’saccount.Forexample,ifanIBOhasahomeintheU.S.withanaccount,theymustacquire5customerswithU.S.accountsotherthantheirownfortheirservicetobefree.

I have a Flash Wireless account, but it’s not listed with my address, do I still qualify?No,theaccountreceivingthecreditmusthavethesameaddressastheIBO’saddress.

If I have 10 accounts that qualify for the promotion, can I get credit for more than one of my personal account?No.Creditonlyappliesto1personalaccountofsametypeofservice.IftheIBOhasmultipleaccountsforthesametypeofservicethenthecreditwillbeappliedtotheaccountthatwasestablishedfirst.
