1 Upline commissions are halved when the personal billing volume exceeds $4,000. 2 The following types of commissionable revenue are commissionable at 50% of the standard commission rates: a) Line rental and local calls for fixed line plans b) Freedom 149 Cap mobile plan.3 3 Star RVPs, 4 Star RVPs and SVPs must maintain the requirements for TT qualification in order to be eligible to be paid downline commissions
