Orion Fittings was the first company inNorth America to injection mold a completeline of polypropylene fittings. Through years ofexperience, Orion has established its positionas the industry leader in providing the engi-neer, the contractor and the ultimate user withdrainage and pure water piping products ofunsurpassed quality.

There are many reasons for Orion’s envi-able position. However, none is more impor-tant than our team of experienced manage-ment and production personnel. Working inclose cooperation at our centrally located pro-duction facility, our people routinely demon-strate Orion’s total capability in the design andmanufacture of polypropylene and polyvinyli-dene fluoride (PVDF) acid waste, pure water

and neutralization systems. They draw on thecompany’s 30-plus years of experience in themanufacture of these products to performwhere others cannot: by producing innovativeproducts utilizing the latest technological mate-rial of the petro-chemical industry.

At Orion, performance means many things.Our own in-house fabrication and productionmachine shops produce custom orders quickly,accurately and within budget. Our total in-housecapability to design, build and maintain moldskeeps costs to a minimum. We are the onlymanufacturer to offer complete drainage sys-tems including pipe, fittings, traps, dilutiontanks, neutralization basins and sinks.

BluelineAll Orion joining systems are available mold-

ed from proxylene blueline resin. Proxylene (anOrion trade name) is a fire retardant, thermo-plastic material with excellent resistance tomost common organic and mineral acids, theirsalts, strong and weak alkalis and most organ-ic chemicals.

Proxylene is compounded of polypropylene Type II copolymer with fire retardant additives.Polypropylene is a thermoplastic material char-acterized by a stable and highly orderedsteroregular molecular chain. This structureproduces a rigid material with good strengthand aging properties.

Proxylene qualifies for UnderwritersLaboratory certification of V-2 when testedunder UL Subject 94 in thickness of .150 andover. Based on parameter of ASTM D635,Proxylene also meets established industry cri-teria for self-extinguishing. Proxylene qualifiesunder ASTM D2843 smoke chamber test witha maximum value of less than 50. It also doesnot contain toxic gases as do PVC and otherpetroleum-based plastics.

Kynar® brand PolyvinylideneFluoride (PVDF) PVDF is the most resistant of all thermoplas-

tics. It offers superior chemical resistance tomany solvents, acids, bases and halogens. It isdesigned for extra tough applications whereplastic may not have been considered before.

It has been certified to meet ASTM E-84 andUL 723 standards for flame spread and smokegeneration. The certification means that for thefirst time PVDF piping systems, whenapproved, can be used safely in areas such asair plenums where typically local codes haveprohibited use of plastic pipe due to fear of fire.

In addition to being non-combustible, PVDFis able to maintain much of its strength andchemical resistance within a broad temperaturerange of –40°F to 285°F.

Sizes from 112" to 12" are offered. Single wall

and double wall configurations are available.Molded drainage pattern fittings are alsooffered.

The corrosive waste drainage system, conforming to ASTM F1412, shall be Orion bluelineflame-retardant polypropylene pipe and fittings. The pipe and fittings shall be joined using theOrion No-Hub/Plain End coupling. The pipe shall be supplied in factory grooved 10-ft. length.Fittings are to meet or exceed Schedule 40 dimensions. Each Orion coupling shall have 300series stainless steel outer band and 5⁄16" bolts, nuts and washers plated to meet a 100-hour saltspray test per ASTM B117. The polypropylene material shall conform to ASTM D4101.

Recommended specification for Orion No-Hub/Plain End Super Blue (PVDF)corrosive waste drainage system.

The corrosive waste drainage system, conforming to ASTM F1673, shall be Orion’s Super BluePVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) pipe and fittings. The pipe and fittings shall be joined using theOrion No-Hub/Plain End coupling. The pipe shall be supplied in factory grooved 10-ft. lengths.Fittings are to meet or exceed Schedule 40 dimensions. The Time Tested Drainage Systemfrom OrionSocket fusion drainage systems are

durable, strong and tamper-proof. Heat fusionforms a complete hermetically sealed systemwhich makes socket fusion systems ideal forsevere usage applications.

Socket fusion type pipe and fittings arejoined by heat fusing the polypropylene orpolyvinylidene fluoride material with an Orionthermostatically controlled heat tool. In a semi-molten state, pipe and fittings are easily joinedto form a strong and permanent sealed joint.PVDF fittings and pipe are also available inthe socket fusion joining system. However,because PVDF and PP are dissimilar materi-als they will not fuse together.

Installing Drainage SystemsProper installation of Orion drainage sys-

tems is extremely important in assuring thatinstallations perform flawlessly for years.

Supporting a Drainage SystemSince Polypropylene has a higher expan-

sion rate than that of other materials, it cannotbe anchored to restrict movement from ther-mal expansion incurred from chemical reac-tions or the inadvertent dumping of hot waterinto the acid waste system.

Orion recommends the use of clevis orloop type pipe hangers. If split-ring or otherhanger types are used the hanger should bea size larger than the pipe being supportedso the polypropylene pipe is free to move.(For example, if supporting 2" pipe, use 3"hangers, or when supporting 3" pipe, use4"hangers, etc.)

Warnings:• The use of uni-strut type hangers or any

hanger which relies on clamp tightness forsupport voids manufacturers warranty.

• Do not clamp a polypropylene pipe sys-tem tightly. It must be free to move.

Fitting Specifications

No-Hub/Plain End Fittings— Orion No-Hub/Plain End fittings meet or exceed ASTMF1412. Polypropylene fittings are manufac-tured from polyolefin material in accordancewith ASTM D4101. PVDF fittings are manu-factured from Kynar® brand of PVDF resinmeeting ASTM D3222. The molded coil is made of heavy gauge wire.Clamps are not to be used at any time duringinstallation.

Underground Installation of Orion Acid Waste SystemsThe trench as excavated for the pipe installation

must be free of loose stones, building materials oroutcroppings, and must provide minimum clear-ance around pipe of half the pipe diameter oneach side (horizontally) and one pipe diameterabove and below (vertically). The trench shall bebackfilled over the unexcavated base to a depth ofone pipe diameter with clean backfill. The backfillmaterial shall be free of stones and foreign matterand shall be capable of passing a No. 10 screen.

The piping shall be installed over this mate-rial and tested in accordance with applicableplumbing codes.

After testing, initial backfilling must be care-fully accomplished, still using No. 10 screenmaterial until fill surrounds the pipe. When theselected backfill meets a depth of one diameterover the pipe, then backfilling can proceed withnormal fill until complete. Fill shall be compact-ed using hand held compacting equipmentwhen fill is midway up the pipe, and again whenthe fill is over one diameter over the pipe.Heavy-duty compacting equipment can beused after the initial backfill is completed.

Testing Procedures

Fully inspect the installed piping for evidenceof mechanical abuse and suspect joints.

Split the system into convenient test sections,not exceeding 1000 ft. The piping should becapped off with an expandable plug at the endof the pipesection to be tested.

We suggest that straight lengths of pipe

should be backfilled between the fittings being test-ed, prior to testing.

Slowly fill the pipe section with water, taking care toremove all trapped air in the piping. Use airrelease valves in any high spots in the system. Donot pressurize at this stage.

Leave the pipe for at least one hour, to allow anequilibrium temperature to be achieved.

Visually check the system for leaks. If clear, checkfor and remove any remaining air from the system.

Pressurize the system to a suggested maximum of10 feet head by means of a standard 10 footstanding water test using a 10-foot vertical riser, ora low pressure hand pump.

Leave the line at 10 feet of head pressure for aperiod of up to 8 hours, during which time thewater level should not change, (standing watertest) or the pressure gauge reading should notchange (hand pump test).

If there is a significant drop in pressure, or extended timesare required to achieve the desired pressure, either jointleakage has occurred or air is still trapped in the line. Inthis event, inspect for joint leaks. If none are found,check for trapped air - this air must be removed prior tocontinuing the test.

If joints are found to be leaking, the system must be fullydrained and the joints repaired. Dry or marginal Rionfusejoints can be easily re-fused by following the proceduresdetailed in this catalog. Leaking joints can be backweldedif necessary. It should not be necessary to cut out joints,unless the joint haspreviously been overheated, contaminated, fractured orvery badly made in the first place. Where joints have tobe cut out and replaced, the procedures for field cuts andjoint installation detailed in this manual should be fol-lowed.

Repeat the 10 feet head test after repairing any leaking joints, following the procedure described above.

NOTE: Tanks should not be pressure tested.

Pressure:This system was designed for acid waste of a gravity

nature. Some low-pressure applications are possible, butshould be checked with factory engineering departmentbefore specification or installation. Do not use compressedair or other compressed gases for testing or use.

The manufacturer DOES NOT RECOMMEND No-Hub/Plain End couplings for use in systems used fordumping hot water appliances (autoclaves, dishwashers,sterilizers, etc). For these systems, Orion socket fusion isrecommended on main stacks carrying hot water and allruns within 75 feet of appliance.

Exposure to certain chemicals may effect the maximum service temperatures of plastics and thereforeour chemical compatibility charts should be considered when determining the maximum working temper-atures of our piping systems. Cold Weather Assembly

As with all types of plastic piping systems,installation in cold weather can be difficult andtherefore is not recommended at temperaturesbelow 40 degreesF unless proper precautionsare taken.

In cold weather installations, the area beinginstalled must be shielded from the wind andother outside elements and the joints must becovered with heating blankets, prior to beinginstalled.

If joints are installed in cold weather, they maybe difficult to seal. In addition, if above groundsystems are installed in cold temperatures andthe area is later heated; the system will expand,possibly causing undue stress on the entire sys-tem. In view of this, special care must be takenwhen designing and installing any plastic pipingsystem in cold weather. The above informationapplies to SocketFusion, Electrofusion and No-Hub/Plain End systems.

Grooving pipe in the fieldAlthough Orion’s Acid waste pipe is sup-

plied with factory grooves it may be necessaryto groove cut pipe sections in the field. Whenfield grooving is necessary, it is accomplishedquickly and simply with an Orion grooving tool.A tool kit containing all the tools you will needis available from Orion.

STEP 1Insert pre-grooved pipe or fitting into coupling until cou-pling rib snaps. This assures proper fit.

General Information:• Satisfactory installation requires careful

measurement.

• Cheating on pipe lengths will cause a bindallowing joints to leak even when fully tightened.

• Pipe must be kept clean. Mud, dirt or other foreignmatter in joints could cause leaks.

• Hanging specifications must be followed, takingcare to see that system is not clamped tightly inhangers. System must be free to move to allowfor thermal contraction and expansion. Westrongly recommend the use of an Orioninstallation kit for installing the system. This kithas been developed to furnish everythingnecessary for proper installation of the system.

• The below pictures demonstrate what is tytpicallythe proper tightness for the No-Hub/Plain Endcoupling as well as an example of over-tighteningand an example of insufficient tightening. Certainenvironmental conditions and/or manufacturingtolerances may require more or less tighteningthan is shown in the below examples.

Turn on power switch on the RionfuserUnit and allow it to perform the automated self test.

Using the chart above mark thecorrect coupling depth on thepipe/fitting.Note: If using pipe, make sure to cutthe pipe straight and de-burr beforemarking the coupling depth.

Using 60 grit emery cloth,abrade the pipe/fitting areathat is to be fused.Note: Do not over-sand the pipe surface. Only abrade the pipeenough to remove the shiny sur-face of the pipe.

Insert the pipe/fitting com-pletely into the coupling. Verifythat the pipe/fitting is fullyseated into the coupling bymaking sure the edge of thecoupling is even with the markon the pipe from step 2.

The coupling fuses both sidesat once so repeat steps 2 thru 4for the other side of the coupling.

Once both sides of the couplinghas pipe/fitting properly seated,connect the Rionfuser leads tocoil terminals. Rionfuser will dis-play “Connect Leads” until theleads are attached.

As an alternative to pressing starton the control box, the installer canpress the start button on the outputleads. Fusion cycle information is shownto the right.The machine will automatically stopthe fusion process and sound anaudible alarm when the fusioncycle is complete. Disconnect theleads. Repeat steps 2-8 for additional fittings.

Once continuity is confirmed, the display show SELECT FITTING STYLE (Rionfuse CF orOriginal) There is also a Manual Over-ride option. See manual override instruction pageswhen using that option.

Select Rionfuse CF. After selecting Rionfuse CF, the machine will ask you to select Size. Enter the correct size using the up/down arrows, then press start.

Once the proper size is selected, the Rionfuser will display, SELECT TYPE OF CYCLE . Under “Normal” environmental conditions, select Standard, then press start.

If ambient temperatures are below 50 degrees F, the joints must be preheated. In thiscase, select the PREHEAT cycle, then press start.Refer to the chart on page 3 for pre-heat instructions. If preheat is selected, theRionfuser will first preheat the joints and then automatically begin the standard fusion cycleafter a 2 minute “Heat Soak Time”. During the heat soak time, the unit will not be fusing thejoint, but the leads cannot be removed. If they are removed, the Rionfuser will stop thecycle and sound an audible alarm as well as display Error 112.

If the standard cycle is selected, the Rionfuser will automatically calculate the proper cur-rent and fusion time and will display the “Verify Weld Data” screen. If the weld data is cor-

Do not use diesel weldinggenerators to power the Rionfuser unit. Standard 5000 watt generators used as a dedicated power source are typically sufficient.

In cold weather applications (below 50 degrees F) the joints should be pre-heated prior to performingthe standard fusion cycle. If the pre-heat cycle is used, the Rionfuser will automatically begin the stan-dard fusion cycle after a 2 minute heat soak cycle (machine will display a countdown timer during thistime). The Rionfuser automatically defaults to a 30 second pre-heat cycle, which is sufficient formany applications. However, due to a wide range of variables that occur in cold weather installations(wind, UV absorption, etc) additional pre-heat times may be necessary and it is up the the installingcontractor to determine what the proper pre-heat time is based on these varying field conditions.

The Rionfuser will promt the installer to select the Preheat/Warm UpCycle (Option #2)

The Rionfuser will display the preheat cycle remaining time (as wellas the weld number)

After completion of the preheat cycle, the Rionfuser will automaticallyswitch to the 2 minute heat soak time. After completion of the heat

soak cycle, the Rionfuser will automatically begin the standard fusion cycle.

The warm up time defaults to 30 seconds. This time can be changedby pressing the up/down arrows to the desired time, then press start.

Once the proper preheat time is entered, the Rionfuser will promptthe installer to verify the correct information prior to beginning thefusion cycle. If something is not correct, DO NOT START THEFUSION CYCLE.

Fusion should NOT be attempted below 30 degrees F. At very cold temperatures, heatshould be brought to the fusion area to bring it totemperatures above 30 degrees. In addition, all

material should be shielded from the wind and kept dry.

performed at below 40 degrees, precautions must be made to be sure that the area is properly covered and heated.

2.Do not test with compressed air or gases. Test hydrostatically only. Typically a 10ft hydrostatic head pressure test is sufficient.

3.Store pipe and fittings out of direct sunlight. If material is to be stored outside, it should be cov-ered

with a black tarp and shielded from UV rays and kept dry.4.The Rionfuser has internal re-callibration capabilities. This unit will remind the user when it is time

for factory re-calibration (approximately every 2 years) This maintenance schedule must be strictlyfollowed to insure proper machine function.

5.Portable generators must be a minimum of 5kW and be dedicated to the Rionfuser Unit only. Diesel generators will NOT work.

6.The maximum allowable extension cord is 100 ft of 10 gauge wire.7.The Rionfuser unit allows for normal power variations. It is important to make sure that the power

source can supply a minimum of 100 volts (max of 150) before making Rionfuse joints. The Rionfuser will not start the fusion cycle if the supply voltage is not within 100-150 volts. If the Rionfuser cannot maintain output current due to drops in power supply during the fusion cycle, or there is a loss in continuity during the fusion cycle, the Rionfuser will end the cycle and sound anaudible alarm. If this occurs, the problem with the power source must be corrected (or thecontinuity fixed) before attempting to fuse any further joints. If power fluxuations or drops in power areallowed to continue, leaks in joints may occur as a result.

8. If a leak occurs, the system must be drained and the joints dried out. Re-connect the Rionfuser leads and fuse the joint using the warm up cycle setting (30 seconds). Upon completion of the warm up out cycle proceed to step 8 to re-start the standard fusion cycle.

9. Proper support of all joints must be achieved during the fusion and cooling cycles (approx10 minutes)

10. This brochure is meant to provide guidelines for fusing the Rionfuse CF system. Goodtypical plumbing installation practices as well as common sense should also be used. Whenin doubt, contact your local Orion Representative for installation suggestions.

In some rare instances, it may be necessary to manually override the Rionfuse unit in order to entertimes and/or currents that are not preset in the unit. The Manual Override function can also be used tofuse other materials-only if the fusion parameters (time and current) are known by the installer.

The basic instructions for using the manual override are as follows:1. When promted to SELECT FITTING STYLE (from step #7) select option #3 MANUAL OVERRIDE2. Enter the weld current for the fitting being fused by pressing the UP/DOWN arrows.

The weld current is shown in amps. Once current has been entered, press START.3. Enter the proper fusion time for the fitting being fused by pressing the UP/DOWN arrows. Once the

proper fusion time has been entered, press start.4. The machine will ask the installer to “Verify the Weld Data”. If the welding parameters shown on

the diplay are correct, press start to begin the “Manual” fusion cycle. At the end of the fusioncycle, the unit will stop the fusion and sound an audible alarm. Disconnect the leads and fuse another fitting if necessary.

Note: If the weld data is incorrect, do not begin the fusion cycle. Disconnect the leads and go back tostep #1. Also, pressing stop will cause the Rionfuser to go back one menu item.

A socket fusion tool kit, including heat tool and various sizes of headsis available from Orion.

Note:• Make all field cuts of pipe square and true using a pipe cutter

designed for plastic pipe.• Make certain heads are installed properly on heat tool. Heads

are marked “M” and “F”, indicating male and female.• Bevel the leading edge of each pipe section with a 1/8” 45 degree

chamfer. This will minimize the amount of bead on the inside of thefitting when fused

STEP 1Check the heads for proper temperature (482 - 520°F or 250°- 270°C ). Ifnecessary, adjust the thermostat dial so that the 488°F Tempil stick burns,but the 525°F does not. NOTE: The newest Orion fusion tools mayhave a temperature dial in degrees celcius which has a maximumtemperature of 300°C. If this is the case, see temperature conversionchart below. Heat tools are factory set, however settings can vary due to factors such as weather, current variances, cord lengths, generators, etc.These variables should be checked on site. To increase tool temperature, turn dial “in” (clockwise). To decrease, turn screw “out” (counterclockwise). Step 6

Hold joint under pressure for 15 seconds to allow surfaces tofuse. Do not stress joint until fully cooled.

Clean any melted material from heater bushings using a cottonrag. Do not use abrasive materials to clean the heater bushings.

Confirm the heater bushings are the correct temperature beforefusing next joint.

The following chart shows the approximate time that the pipeand fitting should be held on the heater bushings. These timesare a guideline ony. It may be necessary to increase ordecrease times to obtain the correct meltconditions.

Use the chart below to determine how long to leave the pipe andfittings on the heater bushings.It should be noted that pipe andfittings will normally have a slight interference with the fusiontools. Slip Fit and Backwelding (Hot Gas Welding)

Welding Procedure

When a backwelding kit is purchased from Orion, acomplete booklet on Hot Gas welding is included. An overview of those welding procedures is summarizedbelow. (The following guidelines summarize the proce-dures used for backwelding with Orion’s speed tip

Line up the area or the two parts that are to be weld-ed together. Make sure that the surfaces are clean,oil and water free. Gently preheat the area where theweld is to be started by holding the Orion weldingGun near the surface and fanning the area. Nowfeed the welding rod into the preheat chamber of thespeed tip. This will start to soften the welding rod.Preheat both the softened welding rod and the areato be welded for about 5-6 seconds. Gently push thewelding rod through the preheat chamber out of thefront of the nozzle laying if down with pressure on thearea to be welded. DON’T STOP THE MOTIONjust gently work the rod through the preheat chamberand in a slow, fluid motion along the weld until thedesired seam is completed. The welding gun shouldalways be held at approximately a 45 degree anglefrom all surfaces. Typically a triple weld is required andtherefore 3 complete passes should be performed.

Hot Gas Welding (Backwelding)

Hot-gas welding (Backwelding) is a method usedprimarily as a means of joining certain outer compo-nents such as closure joints where one of the othermethods described above are not suitable or possi-ble. 12” Polypropylene as well as any outer PVDFcouplings require the slip fit and backweld method.Performing field pipe repairs may also require back-welding.This method involves the use of a weldingrod filler material matching that of the material beingjoined. The filler material, and immediate surfaces to be joined are heated by means of a hotgas, usually air or nitrogen, and then the filler material is pressed into place along the surfaces tobe joined. With hot gas welding, multiplepassed are usually required. Orion’s speed (hotgas) welding technique, used in slip-fit systems,is shown above. When Backwelding is required, thecontractor should be thoroughly trained prior to makingfield joints.

No Hub-Mechanical Joint®Pipe and fittings will be joined using the NO HUB method, Utilizing all PLAIN END fittings joined

with Orion’s No Hub Couplings. All couplings to have a chemical resistance equal to the pipe andfittings. Each No Hub coupling will have an outer band of 300 series stainless steel with 5/16" bolts,nuts and washers plated to meet a 100 hour salt spray per ASTM B117. The No Hub joint will con-form to the requirements of ASTM F1412.

Rionfuse CF® (Clamp-Free) ElectrofusionThe Orion Rionfuse CF System will utilize the SAME plain end fittings as the No Hub system,

but are to be joined using the Rionfuse CF couplings. The Rionfuse machine will be used to pro-duce a hermetically sealed joint. The joints will conform to ASTM 1290, Technique I.

Freight AllowanceAll orders are shipped F.O.B. Kansas City,

Kansas with full freight allowed on shipments of$5,000 net price, or more. The following itemsare always F.O.B. Kansas City, Kansas: alltanks, 8"– 10"– 12" and larger pipe and fittings,double containment , sinks and rims and tankaccessories. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaiiand for export freight allowances are as statedabove, freight allowances good only for ship-ment to East, Gulf or West Coast Ports. AllF.O.B. Kansas City, Kansas shipments will beshipped freight collect. When shipping to a jobsite freight will be third party billed.

TermsA 2% cash discount is allowed if payment of

invoice is mailed or delivered within 10 days ofinvoice date. All invoices are due net 30 days,with all Past Due accounts subject to a servicecharge of 11⁄2% per month. Minimum billing orcredit is for $50.00 net. Any order under mini-mum will carry a $10.00 surcharge.

manufacturing defects. However, it is notalways possible to detect hidden defects. Ourproducts are warranted only to the extent thatwe will replace them without charge if they areproved to have manufacturing defects withinone year of the date of delivery to the sitewhere they are to be used or installed and pro-vided we have been given an opportunity toinspect any product alleged to be defective andthe installation or use thereof.


No warranty is included against anyexpense for removal, reinstallation or otherconsequential damages arising from anydefect. The warranties set out above are theonly warranties made and are expressly in lieuof all other warranties, expressed or implied,including the warranties of merchantability andfitness for a particular purpose.

Rights governed by lawAny agreement for the sale, delivery, or use

of our products shall be construed andenforced in accordance with the laws of theState of Kansas. Any purchaser of our productsexpressly agrees that any legal action or pro-ceeding arising out of or in connection with thistransaction or our products shall be brought inthe appropriate court in Kansas City, Kansas.

Shipping dates or delaysPromises of shipping dates are estimates,

and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Orion willnot be liable for any delay in a delivery.

TaxesAny sales or manufacturers’ taxes existing,

Returned goods policy1. Permission to return goods must be

requested in writing. The request mustidentify original shipment of material byinvoice number and date of invoice, and listall goods to be returned.

2. The following items are non-cancelable andnon-returnable, and no credit will be issuedupon their return.

• Non-standard, special order or specialwelded items

• Double Containment

• All tanks, limestone and tank accessories

• All Standard line products

• Sinks and rims

• All PVDF Products

• Expansion joints

3. Goods must be returned within one year afterpurchase in order to receive credit.

4. All goods must be returned “Prepaid.” For anygoods purchased on an FFA basis, outgoingfreight charges will be deducted from total creditamount.

5. All goods returned must be in resalablecondition and are subject to our inspection.Items deemed to be unfit for resale will bedisposed of with no credit issued, or returned tothe customer at their expense.

6. All fittings that were purchased with couplings orcoils must be returned with the correct quantityof couplings or coils. No credit will be issued onfittings returned without couplings or coils. Noindividual couplings or coils may be returned.

7. A restocking charge of 25% will be chargedagainst all returned goods, except Whitelinematerials, for which the charge will be 35%.Items requiring special cleaning will be subjectto a 40% re-stock.

8. All goods returned must have Orion’s ReturnAuthorization Number on boxes or cartons, andfreight prepaid. If not, they will be refused.

9. All credit memos issued may be applied tocurrent account balances only or to futurepurchases. No cash refunds will be issued.
