I. INSTRUCTIONAL COMPETENCE
A. Lesson Planning and Delivery At the end of the First Semester 2014-2015, I had achieved the following:

III. PUNCTUALITY AND ATTENDANCE Punctuality
At the end of the first semester of 2014-2015, I arrived on time with not more than three (3) times tardy / under time during the last 6 months.
Attendance At the end of the first semester of 2014-2015, I attended in school with not more than (2)
days absent.
