Bring your own set of sheets and towel. (for the people who don’t or can’t bring

their own, this items can be rented at the venue for 70 NOK)

The local transport will be 220 kr. For the entire period of the conference. This

will be able to be bought trough Trafikanten or Ruter which is located at

Jernbanetorget. If you want us to buy one for you and hand it over at the

meeting point, please let us know. Then you’ll just have to provide the 220:-

upon arrival.

Accomodation Delegates that have requested accommodation will be sleeping in ANKER

hostel.

Details about the venue:

Each room has 4 bunk-beds, so 8 people can camp in each

room

Sheets and towels cost 70 NOK to rent so…

MAKE SURE THAT YOU BRING YOUR OWN so you don’t have

to pay !!

Check in, on Thursday will happen after we finish the agenda,

at 21:00.

Check out, on Sunday will happen at 9:00

Getting there:

For those of you that have requested accommodation we will set out a time when we will

pick you up from the central station on Thursday morning. Anna from the OC will below the

big table of arrivals/departures at 8 am. If you have problems seeing her, her nr is: 942

01461. If you happen to arrive at different time and feel like checking in immediately, you

can take any of the trams 11, 12 , 13, 17, or the buses 30 and 31 to Hausmannsgate from

just outside the central station. These go in direction: Sinsen, Grorud, Storo or Kjelsås. The

Hostel is just beside the tram stop. From there you can also take tram 17 in the opposite

direction to get to the conference venue, or go back to the central station and take the

subway to get there.

Please be on time for check-in for the conference and the breakfast that will be served in

the session venue each morning!

Session Venue The ACHIEVE Conference will be hosted by the local committee AIESEC

Universitetet i Oslo and it will take place ...

At the University of Oslo!!!

Thursday: Helga Engs hus

On Thursday we will be residing in Helga Engs hus with some tracks in

Georg Svedrups hus later during the day, The best way of getting here is to

either grab the subway from any of the large stations and get off at Blindern

T-bane. Lines 3, 4 and 5 stop here. When you arrive you walk up the hill and

find Helga Engs hus on your right hand side. If you go by tram you should

take either 17 or 18 and get off at Blindern. This will take you to the other

side of the University and you’ll have to cross the campus. There are several

maps on the campus area, and the walking time will be less than 5 min.

Friday: Georg Sverdrups hus

Georg Svedrups hus is located right next to Helga Engs hus. It’s hard to miss

since it is the largest building with great glass walls. Here we will be residing

throughout the day, starting with the opening plenary in Aud 2.

Saturday and Sunday: Domus Teologica

We will be residing in Domus Teologica both Saturday and Sunday. This

venue is also located at the Blindern campus, but a little further down. You

can take either of the two options described above, and then just walk down

Blindernveien (the street next to Georg Svedrups hus) until you see the

building on your left. However, if you take the tram, you can also get off at

the stop Ullevål and walk Kirkeveien up to your left and make a right on

Blindernveien. This will get you to the venue from the other direction.

Party time

Thursday 19th of April

Friday 20th of April

The first party will be held at Dubliner. We will all go

directly from the evening plenary so get ready for an

all-night dancing party – be sure to bring your bet

dancing moves! The venues is at Rådhusgate 28, and

you get here easiest by taking the subway to Stortinget,

centrum.

The second party will be held at Underwater pub on

Dalsbergstien 4 in St. Hanshaugen. Here, Grease is the

word, and great prizes will be given to the two poeple

with the best hair and outfit! Think brylcreme and the

50s and you’ve got it! We will be leaving for the pub

straight from the conference and have our dinner

there, so I recommend that you bring your clothing or

why not go all the way, and go Grease all day! The

best way of getting here is grabbing tram 17 or 18 to

Dalsbergsstien, and from there just walk along

Dalsbergsstien until you get to the venue.

Official Dinner

Make sure that you bring your fancy

clothes for a fancy evening …

Official Dinner will start on the 21st of

April at 20.00 and we promise a lot of fun

and surprises.

Where is the Official Dinner?

We have the pleasure of having “Lille Asia” as

our host for the evening. Choices will be given

between chicken, beef and a vegetarian option.

The address is Hegdehaugsveien 31, and you

reach it easiest by taking tram 11 or bus 21 to

Homansbyen. You can also take trams 17 or 18

and get off at Dalsbergsstien. From here you

turn left onto Oscars gate and walk across until

you see the restaurant on you left hand side.

If you have not yet given your comment regarding choice of main course, please

contact the OCP.
