2. Yourwaiterstreatedusrudelyandinconsiderately.Wehadtowait for about half an hour before we could order any food. Thewaiter spoke to us rudely whilst taking the orders. In fact, hescoldedmymotherwhowantedtohaveacupof teawithoutsugar.Heclaimedthattherestaurantdoesnotservesuchadrink.Foryourinformation, my mother has diabetes and is trying to avoid takingsugaryfoodanddrinks.

3. The poorly cooked food was also unsatisfactory. We weresurprised to find out that the roast chicken and fish that we hadorderedwerestillrawandinedible.Themushroomsouptastedabitsour and the fried prawn was overcooked. We made a complaintabout the food toyourwaitersandcooksbutno furtheractionwastaken.

4.Besides,thepoorlyservedfoodwealsofeltuncomfortablewiththe dirty and unhygienic conditions at your restaurant. The foodwas greasy. There were some cats wandering searching for food.Thesebadconditionsareharmfulas theymightget foodpoisoningandotherhealthproblems.

5.InearlylostRM57asaresultofthewronglytotalledbillIwasgiven. It was my sister who noticed the unreasonable price of thefood.Then,we recounted thebilland found thatout itwaswronglycalculated.ThetotalwassupposedtobeRM120butthecalculationmadebythecashiershowedRM177.

surroundings, especially the yelling of waiters and waitressescalling names and taking orders from the customers. Besides this,theloudmusicandnoisecomingfromthekitchenalsocontributedtothis unsatisfactory situation. What more disappointing were thedefective fans and airconditioners? The weather was very humidandtherewerea lotofpeople in therestaurant.Therearealsooldanduncomfortablefurnitureinyourrestaurant.

7. Hereby, Iwould like tomake suggestions to help you solvetheseproblems.Firstofall,Isuggestthatyoulookatyourrestaurantandmake sure nomore cats and other stray animals are on yourpremise. You should also train your waiters and cooks to providegood service and food to customers. It would be better to use acalculatortoavoidmistakesintotallingthebill.Youneedtorepairthedefective fans and airconditioners immediately. Last but not least,cleanliness should be maintained in all parts of your restaurant. Ihope that you will look into these complaints and take immediateactions. The phenomenon of students under pressure is evident from thebehaviour of those students affected. I am a student and I knowwhenmyfriendsareunderpressure.Someofthoseactiveoneswillsuddenly turn passive.Somewill become tooquietwhile sometendtogetangryfast.

There are many ways one can get rid of stress. Firstly,student,especiallyteenagers,mustgoforregularexercise.Abriskwalk in the park would release a lot of tension. Students shouldplay football, hockey, basketball and badminton and othergamestoreducestress.

Howhaveyoubeendoinglately?Ihopealliswellwithyou.Asforme,itsbeenaverybusyweek especiallywith the exam preparation and other things. Recently, I found out thatmany students in my school were not interested in eating at the school canteen. Thus, Iconducted a survey among the students for the reasonswhy theywerenot interested in theschool canteen.Basically, from the findings, the students named threemain factors namelythecanteenfacilities,foodandworkerswhichhadcausedtheproblem.(Thesisstatement)

Firstly,thecanteenfacilitieswerenotimpressive(Topicsentence).Thecanteenlackedtables and chairs (P1) resulting in an uncomfortable environment and a race among thestudents to get the tables and chairs. Thiswasnot safe especially to the juniorswhohad tomakewayfortheirseniors.Apartfromthat,therewasinsufficientcutlery(P2)aswellasdirtyandoilyfloorandtables(P3)thatreallyturnedofftheirappetite.Whentherewasnotenoughspoonsand forks, students tended toeatwith theirbarehands. It causedgreat trouble sincetherewas only one tap available forwashing hands. Again, they had to push one another orqueueforquitesometimetowashtheirhands.Itwasfarfromconvenient.Then,thedirtyfloorandtablesinvitedfliesandants,thusmakingtheplaceunhygienicandsmelly.Thiswasanothermainreasonwhystudentslosttheirinterestinthecanteen.

Anotherfactor/secondlywasthecanteenfood(Topicsentence).Thefoodservedlackedvariety (P4) as every day, the same menu was served. To make things worse, there werenormally only three choices of meal to choose from. Commonly, the food was typical. Thestudentswereboredtoeattypicalmenueverydayastheywantedtotrysomethingnewandrefreshing. The students wanted mouthwatering and appetizing food that could satisfy theirappetite. The foodwas alsoexpensive (P5) andnot tasty (P6) at all. Thismade it notworthconsuming foodat the canteen. Thatwaswhymoreandmore students shiedaway from thepremisesincethefoodcostanarmandaleg.Someofthestudentscouldnotaffordtobuythefood.

Finally,another importantfactorwasthecanteenworkers(Topicsentence).Theworkerswereunfriendlyand rude (P7) to the students.Theydidnotattend to thecustomersas theywere busy chitchatting among themselves at peak hours. Some were so immersed in theirphoneconversationtopayattentiontothestudents.Theyalsousedharshwordsandclaimed

that students did not pay for the food taken. Worse, these workers were slow andinefficient.(P8)

Here, there were some suggestions for improvement. First and foremost, the schoolshouldbuymorecanteenfacilities(P9)sothatabettereatingenvironmentcouldbecreated.Next, theprincipal shouldadviseorwarn thecanteenworkerswhowere rudeandbehavedbadly tostudents (P10). Ifnoactionwas taken, theschooladministrationshouldchangethecanteenoperator (P11) after thecontractexpired.Other than that, theschool shouldhaveacanteencommitteetocheckonthecanteenregularly (P12)andthestudentscouldalsoratethecanteenondailybasisandgivefeedback(P13)tothecommitteetoprovidebetterserviceforthebenefitofallstaffandstudents.
