Sponsorship, Exhibition & Advertising Opportunities The 2019 ACDM Annual Conference (ACDM19) will be held at the Radisson Blu Amsterdam Airport from the

11th-12th March 2019. Following the success of ACDM18 in Brussels and the feedback from delegates, the ACDM

Board have taken the decision to make the event longer than in previous years. ACDM19 will be one and a

half days long and include an evening ‘Dinner Event’. This allows ACDM19 to provide more sessions, more

speakers, more chance for delegates to network and visit the Exhibition and also enjoy the ‘Dinner Event’.

ACDM18 saw 130 people attending the one day event with delegates coming from across the World from

countries including Russia, Israel, New Zealand and right across Europe. Delegates came from Big Pharma,

CROs, Technology Providers, Training Companies, Academic Institutions, Clinical Trial Units and Healthcare

Providers. The job roles of delegates covered all levels of seniority from newly recruited Data Managers

through to International Group Directors.

The ACDM Board are opening Sponsorship and Exhibition Opportunities for ACDM19 a lot earlier than

previously. This is in response to numerous requests by Organisations wanting to Sponsor ACDM19 and also

to allow maximum exposure for Sponsors throughout the build-up to the event.

The ACDM does suggest that you book your Sponsorship Opportunities as soon as possible as there are

limited opportunities available and they are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. These opportunities are

Premier Sponsors (3) Premier Sponsorship of ACDM19 will provide the Sponsor with excellent exposure from the beginning of the

marketing and communications for the event. The Sponsor logo will be included on the event website from

the time of agreeing to sponsor the event. This will give several months of exposure prior to the event. At

ACDM19 the Sponsor will have their logo displayed in many places both on take-home pieces (e.g. delegate

guide and bags) and on event signage, staging and on screen. The Premier Sponsors benefit from:

Organisation Logo displayed on electronic and printed materials and labelled as Premier Sponsor

(e.g. delegate guide, website, signage, delegate bags).

Networking Sponsor (1) The Networking Sponsor will automatically be assigned as a Premier Sponsor. ACDM19 will be a 1.5 day

format with an evening ‘Dinner Event’ on the Monday night. The Networking Sponsor will be the Sponsor of

this ‘Dinner Event’ and in addition to the benefits of Premier Sponsorship will also benefit from:

Additional Exposure on the Conference Website and Delegate Guide as Networking Sponsor with

the Sponsor Logo included in the description of the ‘Dinner Event’

Sponsor Logo included on the Dinner Tables in the form of ‘Table Talkers’ which can include an

Price: £1,500 Communications Sponsor (1) In addition to being a Premier Sponsor for ACDM19 the Communications Sponsor will receive a large amount

of exposure in the run up to the event. Marketing Communications and Information-giving communications

will feature a banner advert for the Communications Sponsor. The Conference Website Home Page will also

include a slider image containing the Communications Sponsor logo on and a link to their website. In addition

Awards Sponsors (3) ACDM19 will see the introduction of the Annual ACDM Awards. In the run-up to ACDM19 the ACDM will be

inviting nominations for the following three Awards. A panel formed by the ACDM will review the

nominations, request additional information where necessary and decide on three winners. Winners will be

announced during ACDM19. The three Awards are

c. Innovation in the Management of Clinical Data Award

Exhibiting at ACDM19 is an excellent way of meeting potential customers and raising brand awareness.

ACDM19 is longer in format than the previous Annual Conferences and so there is more opportunity for

Exhibitors to meet delegates. Each exhibitor obtains the following benefits:

Exhibition Space to accommodate a stand up to 3m wide by 2m high. Table, 2 chairs and

electricity supply provided

The price includes the attendance of 1 person from your organisation (does not include

Delegate Notebooks

Each delegate of ACDM19 will be given a delegate bag. A notebook will be one of the contents of the bags.

The Delegate Notebooks can be provided by an organisation and the ACDM will add these to the Delegate

Bags. The price of this does NOT include the cost of the notebooks and the organisation must provide the

required number of notebooks to the ACDM within the timelines specified.

Advertising in Delegate Guide

The Delegate Guide is a printed, full colour and bound handbook for the event and a copy is provided for

each Delegate and Speaker. The Guide contains the Programme, Speaker Biographies, Exhibitor and Sponsor

details and advertising. All adverts are full colour A4 format.

On Screen Advertising

This gives the opportunity to display an advert (either an image, rotating presentation or short animation)

on the large screen of the Main Conference Room before each session starts. When delegates enter the Main
