INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
● 8-week rotational program that gives members the opportunity to gain an idea on what each directorship position does before they decide to join the board the following semester.
● Benefits include professional development, leadership skills, and great way to put foot into the world of campus involvement.
● Executives should assign tasks for Interns to complete.
● Program starts on TBA
ALPFAMIGO PROGRAM
● Mentorship program that’ll bring students together by pairing them with a student mentor. Through this program, assigned mentees will be able to transition smoothly into ALPFA while building long lasting relationships and gaining professional advice.
● Deadline to join program is September 30th. ● Program is unlike other mentorship programs
because it will mainly focus on building a bound with the mentees rather than just professional development.
● E-board and directors can be mentors.
