SPRING IS HERE AND ITS TIME TO SPRUCE UP YOUR LANDSCAPING!

Spring is a great time to spruce up your landscaping! Here are some tips and reminders:

Remove all weeds from your front and rear yard. If your lawn or plants have died due to drought conditions, they will

need to be replaced. Please contact management for submittal requirements

Exposed drip lines should be covered with fresh mulch. Weed and seed your lawns for the spring and summer months. All landscaping (Front and Rear Yard) must be at least 60% plant

material per the Architectural Guidelines. Bare dirt in you front or rear yards is not allowed.

You may not just use mulch or rock in place of lawn or in planter beds.

All exterior changes require Association approval. Even concrete walkways.

Adding seasonal flowers does not require approval.

PETS AND YOU! The Association loves all animals. However, we have received complaints regarding these following items:

Clean up after pets at all times! Stay off other residents front yards when walking your dog. Do not allow animals off a leash when walking, in park, around lake and

even in your own front yard. Pet owners are responsible for the actions of their pets. If a dog is threatening

you, and not under the control of its owner, please contact animal control at 951-674-0618.
