Accommodation: Arcos de la Frontera

By working closely with the family that own and operate the Cortijo Mesa de la Plata we are able to offer our students unbeatable accommodation in Arcos.  This rural hotel covers 13 acres outside of the historic town of Arcos and is rated with 3 stars. On the property their are horses, sheep, pheasant, rabbit, and quail, as well as lots of open space to relax or paint.  

Guests can book rooms before or after the workshops if they want an extended stay. Rooms range from 65-100 euros per night (approx. $95-150 USD) There are two types of rooms, the 1 bedroom cottage or the studio suite.  Both types of rooms are offered with a queen bed or two double beds, both shown on the next pages.

1 Bedroom Cottage

These one bedroom cottages are scattered across the 13 acre ranch. Each cottage has a living/dining room, separate bedroom, kitchenette, private bathroom and patio, open fireplace, television, heating and air conditioning. Windows open to views of the countryside and historic Arcos town. These small cottages are great for families or guests wanting extra space and privacy.

The studio suites are all connected creating a beautiful courtyard between them. All the suites have private bathrooms, television, mini-fridges, heating and air conditioning.  All the cottages have a kitchenette with microwave and living room with dining table, sofa and TV.  The suites overlook the courtyard on one side and country side on the other.
