Where are we?
Student Centre (Level 2 University Building)
What do we do?• Receive and log students’ applications for Halls.• Nominate students for rooms in Halls.• Help with any questions or problems you may have once you’ve
moved in to Halls.• Provide help with private sector accommodation.
Guarantee Scheme for First Year Undergraduates
What is it?• First year undergraduates will be guaranteed a place in University accommodation if
they meet all three of these criteria:
• You must firmly accept via UCAS an unconditional or conditional offer on a full-time course from City University London before the 30th June deadline— listed on website.
• Completed applications for University accommodation must be received by the Student Centre by the 30th June deadline
• You must be aged 18 years or above at the time of taking up residence in the hall. (If you are under 18 please speak to us for further information)
• Applications made after 30th June deadline will be accepted, but applicants will need to wait until early September for an outcome.
Also:
• It doesn’t matter where you live— even applicants within Greater London will be eligible.
• You don’t pay anything until you accept an accommodation offer, so applying is free.
