I ventilatori centrifughi a semplice aspirazione della serie "CLB" sono costruiti con tutte le

parti a contatto del fluido aspirato in materiale plastico (di serie il Polipropilene, oppure il

PVC, il PE, il PVDF, il PRFV) particolarmente resistente all'azione corrosiva di molti

composti chimici; per questa ragione trovano un largo impiego nell'industrie alimentari,

chimiche, conciarie, farmaceutiche, galvaniche, petrolchimiche, del trattamento

superficiale dei metalli, nei laboratori chimici, fotografici, orafi, negli impianti di

trattamento rifiuti, di depurazione acque.

Le bocche di connessione sono circolari in modo da agevolare il collegamento alle

tubazioni aspirante e premente; la girante, di tipo chiuso, ottenuta per stampaggio ad

iniezione, presenta un alta resistenza meccanica.

L'accoppiamento tra il motore e la girante è di tipo diretto, con l'albero del motore

direttamente calettato nel mozzo del rotore, o di tipo indiretto con trasmissione a cinghie

e pulegge.

Il basamento comune al motore ed al ventilatore, di serie, è di acciaio al carbonio

verniciato con ciclo antiacido ma, a richiesta, può essere realizzato in acciaio inox, tutta

la bulloneria esterna è in acciaio inox.

I ventilatori della serie "CLB" sono adatti per convogliare fluidi gassosi con massa

volumica < 1,4 Kg/mc e con temperatura che, in funzione del tipo di materiale di

costruzione, può raggiungere punte di 100° C.

Per l'impiego in zone con pericolo di esplosione è prevista una particolare costruzione in

Polipropilene antistatico autoestinguente "Propel" (con certificazione CESI) e

l'installazione di motore elettrico antideflagrante EEx-d (con certificazione Atex).

La garanzia che su ogni ventilatore sia montata una girante bilanciata staticamente e

dinamicamente (in accordo alle norme ISO 1940) e che ogni macchina venga sottoposta

a collaudo funzionale prima della spedizione, conferisce al prodotto doti di affidabilità e

durata nel tempo.

The single suction fans of the "CLB" series are constructed with all the

components on contact with the sucked gas in plastic material (Polypropylene

on series, or PVC, PE, PVDF, PRFV) highly resistant to the corrosive action of

many chemical compounds; for this reason find a large application in food,

chemical, petrolchemical, pharmaceutical, galvanizing, pickling, tanneries

industries, in chemical, photografic, and goldsmiths laboratories in waste and

water treatment plants.

The inlet and outlet points are circular so that to facilitate the connection to the

pipelines; the impeller, closed type, made by injecton molding, has high strength.

The coupling between the motor and the impeller fan can be of the direct type,

with the motor shaft directly fixed in the rotor hub, or indirect type by pulleys

and belts drive.

The base frame, which is common to the fan and the electric motor, standard

is made in carbonn steel painted with anti-acid cycle but, on request, can be

supplied in stainless steel, all exetrnal bolts are in stainless steel.

The fans of the "CLB" series are useful to suck gas with density < 1,4 Kg/mc

and with temperature wich, in consideration of the particular type of

construction material, can reach 100 °C.

If the "CLB" series fans are to be used in explosive area, then they must be in

special self-extinguishing antistatic Polypropylene "Propel" (CESI certification)

and must be equipped with explosion-proof electric motor EEx-d (Atex

certification).

The guarantee that a statically and dynamically balanced impeller is mounted

on each fan (according to ISO 1940 rules) and that every machine undergoes

a functional test, before shipment, ensures that the product is reliable and long

lasting.
