Braille is a tactual code enabling people who are blind to read and write

Real-time captioning makes programs accessible to

everyone. It allows people to read the text as the

words are spoken.

What is Real-Time Captioning?

Real-time captions are white letters with a black background

line of the 3 lines disappears as a new bottom

origination In 1982, the National Captioning Institute (NCI)

developed real-time captioning services to give captioned TV viewers access to live programming
