Accessing SMART Libraries• SMART is a network enabling free access to 22
libraries in the Great Wellington region, including Hutt City Libraries and Whitireia Library.
• You can access more than 500,000 books, DVDs, magazines and more.
• You WelTec ID card is your SMART Library card.
