When should you get help?

Patterns of behaviour that disrupt usual activities of daily life.

Acute symptoms like hallucinations or delusions.

Fear of dying or losing control.

Have a plan for suicide or for harming someone else.

Using drugs or alcohol to get through something.

Extreme trouble with eating, sleeping, hygiene, self care.

The NB Mental Health Consumer Network is the voice of people with lived experience of mental illness in New Brunswick.
