Impacts, Actions needed:– Please submit any access changes via OARS by this date– Requests submitted after this date will be processed after the

upgrade, June 9th

Monday, June 2nd

Freeze on any changes in HEPROD.

Impacts, Actions needed:– No access requests will be processed after this date– Processing means CPU Approvals and granting of access in

HEPROD

Wednesday, June 4th, End Of Business Day

All incomplete e-learning HE/SA-related courses will be cancelled in My LINC

Impacts, Actions needed:– Users have until the end of business to complete e-learning

courses for which they’ve registered prior to June 4th

– Incomplete e-learning courses will be cancelled• Users will be able to register for e-learning courses June 9th

Monday, June 9th, 8 am

Processing of HR and SA requests, including RDAs, recommences – Processing includes CPU approvals and granting of access– Any requests on hold will be processed first

Changes to OARS will be available

Users can register for HR and SA e-learning courses in My LINC

Impacts, Actions needed:– No actions needed– If there is a rollback, there will be impacts to the access process
