Accepting your grants onlineA quick reference guide for stock plan participants

1. Log in to NetBenefits.com. If you are logging in for the first time, you will be required to create a username and password. Please click Register as a new user on the login page and follow the prompts.

If you have already opened your Fidelity Account®, please go to Step 2. Otherwise, you must open your account online now. Click Open Account on your plan to complete the process. Please note that you will not be able to accept your grants online until you open your Fidelity Account.

2. On the NetBenefits® home page, select your stock plan.

To accept your grants online, just follow these easy steps:

3. On the Stock Plans page, scroll down to Your Grants by plan and click Begin Acceptance.

4. On the Accepting Your Grants page, you will see all the grants awaiting acceptance. For information regarding a specific grant, click the Start button to review each grant document.

6. On the confirmation page, please make note of your confirmation number and print this page for your records.

You have now completed the acceptance process for your grant. If you have additional grants requiring acceptance, repeat Steps 4 through 6.

5. Before you accept your grant, please review your Grant Agreement and any plan documents. If your plan requires acknowledgment, please check the boxes and then proceed by selecting Accept Your Grant.
