Amity Township Residents: Important Recycling Collection Information for 2020

Please be advised that Eagle Disposal has been awarded the contract with Amity Township to collect recyclables for the term of 1/1/18 - 12/31/20. We look forward to servicing the residents of Amity Township. Our goal is to provide you with superior customer service. = Recycling Collection

Observed holidays are noted in RED. Collection days that fall on or after the holiday will be delayed one day. EXCEPTION: If holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, there is no change in service prior to or after the holiday.

BASIC SERVICE INFORMATION• Recycling must be curbside by 6:00 AM on your scheduled collection day, which is

Wednesday, except as noted on the calendar when a holiday delays collection one day. Residents on routes 422, 662 and 562 must be out by 4:00 AM.

• Extra Containers: If you wish to use an extra container for recycling collection, simply pick up a recycling sticker from Eagle Disposal or the Township building and place it on any container up to 35 gallons and make sure the sticker is visible to the collection crew.

• Recyclables will be collected with a truck that will resemble a trash truck.• Please reference the Accepted Recyclables section on the reverse side of this mailer to

ensure that you are placing the right material in your recycling bin.
