PROBLEM

- Cash Flow. The single biggest problem that small business, freelancers, startups and brokers/agents face is cash flow and the biggest cash out of all is rental space. Normally, a commercial/office space requires are least two months rent advance and 2 months security deposit. That amount of money should have been used as operating cash and could have been used on other business purposes. That same amount of money could have been used or invested somewhere.- Network. The second problem they face is expanding the network. To network, you have to spend time going to events to know people. 

SOLUTION- To Cash Flow. By providing short term rent office, there is no need to cash-out that huge amount. All they need is just pay month-to-month basis. They have more control on their cashflow. They can invest their money in their business and increase profitability.

MARKETOur target market is composed of freelancers, startups, brokers, agents and other SMB's looking for short-term workspaces and office spaces in Manila, on their way to getting larger, long-term office space when they have scaled and grown bigger after several months.

TECHNOLOGYWe have already launched a prototype responsive website and mobile site that has a dozen listings of serviced off ices, shared and coworking spaces including free workspaces like coffee shops and other similar establishments. There are Google maps of each space and a page for supplier advertising as well as plans to have an LBS (Location Based System) with reviews, ratings and a community forum for recommendations like Trip Advisor.
