What is the Accelerated Quantity Surveying Career Pathway?

The Accelerated Quantity Surveying Career Pathway (AQSP) is an alternative route to accessing a career in Quantity Surveying. It is ideally suited to a range of different people: from A - level students who don’t want to incur student debt, but want a successful career; to Graduates looking for a career route that offers security, but with the chance to get out of the office and see projects coming to life; to people looking for a change of career, without the need to start completely from scratch, but who can bring a range of life skills and experiences with them…

Solomons Europe have developed an accelerated programme that reduces the study time normally required for a conversion to Quantity Surveying and provides a combination of ‘On the Job’ training and academic learning. The programme lasts a full 5 ½ years and will commence in October 2016.

Under their Accelerated Quantity Surveying Pathway, Solomons will provide a number of structured and varied project placements; online and classroom based training modules; sponsored membership of two prestigious industry bodies; and will support you at each step of the way to ultimately achieve a coveted Chartered Quantity Surveyor status. Not only will we fully support you in these goals, but we will pay you a generous salary car allowance and benefits package whilst you leam, rather than the low apprentice rates you will find apply to other training routes.

If you are driven, eager to learn and dedicated to establishing a new career this could be the pathway for you!
