One aspect of all organisations that is constant, is change. This course focuses on developing your responsible leadership and change management skills in order to effectively lead change.

The challenge with the huge amounts of data we now have access to, is how to interpret it and make robust decisions that recognise its limitations. You’ll learn the principles of data analysis and decision making to enable you to make meaningful decisions with data.

Today’s world is filled with complex problems. The way we have handled the business world has led to crises that are almost insurmountable. Given the challenges of global supply chains and complex social issues, how can a supply chain manager learn to be successful in the modern logistics environment? What is needed to handle these massive challenges? This course offers a practical approach to managerial problem solving that walks students through different approaches to managing the difficult issues faced by the modern supply chain manager. It is expected that this approach will help those in management to come to grips with the social, political and managerial reality of current logistics. It will also provide students with the core skills needed to be adept at management problem solving.
