Ÿ CORE by Phei & Co. Ltd. (“CORE”) can only conrm a course enrolment after receiving the full payment for the course in advance. All information required in the “Personal Particulars” section of the enrolment form must be completed in full.

Ÿ No refund/transfer/withdrawal/deferment to a later date will be given after the commencement of the third session of the course unless due to unforeseen circumstances. Any application for refund/transfer/withdrawal/deferment to a later date must be done in writing and shall be reviewed by Core on a case-by-case basis with Core having absolute discretion on the outcome of the application.

Ÿ CORE will take all reasonable measures to ensure that each course is conducted by the lecturer(s) specied in the course enrolment form for the respective courses. If due to unforeseen circumstances, CORE needs to change the course lecturer, students will be notied in advance. Students can either choose to continue the course with the new lecturer or to receive a refund on any outstanding sessions.

Ÿ CORE reserves the right to cancel a course at any point before or during the course with a refund on any outstanding sessions.

Ÿ CORE reserves the right to change the course video release schedule at any point before and during the course. Students will be notied in advance of any schedule changes.

Ÿ No compensation will be provided by CORE for rescheduling or replacement of lecturers under any circumstances.Ÿ Students are required to show the ofcial course conrmation slip and a proof of identity (only an original Hong Kong

Identity Card or Passport will be accepted) when collecting course materials.Ÿ The entire contents of all CORE courses are copyrighted under Hong Kong copyright laws. All CORE materials whether

in printed, digital or downloadable format, are solely for student personal use and benets, not for commercial use. Any other copying, redistribution, retransmission or publication of any materials, is strictly prohibited. You agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials from CORE.
