The experimental work conducted on research contract basis underpinned the approval and implementation at industrial level of 7 biosynthetic technologies: L-lysine – fodder use; L-lysine pharmaceutical use; Technical Calcium gluconate; Calcium gluconate – pharmaceutical use; Calcium lactate – pharmaceutical use; Lactic acid - technical use; Glucosidase for diagnostic tests (blood glucose determination). Method for the preparation of neutral, alkaline proteolytic enzymes; isolation, purification and characterization of cellulolytic enzymes from species of Streptomyces and Tricoderma viride; isolation and characterization of a new strain of Lactobacillus acidophilus producing bacteriocins; methodology for the preparation of amylolytic enzymes and determining the biotechnological parameters of biosynthesis at bioreactor level; obtaining a bio-product on the basis of Bacillus sp strain producing effective antifungal compounds against the Alternaria alternata and other phytopathogenic fungi; production of 4 preparations (patented) based on micro-organisms: a probiotic preparation based on lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, a proteolytic product based on Bacillus licheniformis, a biological preparation based on Lactobacillus plantarum, and a preparation with lipolytic enzymatic activity of Yarowia lipolytica.
