Enrolment into your subject is dependent on your eligibility to attend the Program. Completion of this form does not guarantee approval into the Global Short Program (GSP). For Student to Complete Instructions: 1) Download this electronic PDF form and complete “For Student to Complete” section. Save form as PDF format. 2) Submit this PDF form via UTS eRequest to have your study plan assessed. Choose “I want to enrol in a Global Short Program” category. 3) Wait for the outcome of this form from UTS Student Administration Unit. 4) Do NOT submit an eRequest for enrolment until you receive an application’s outcome from the Global Short Programs team.
