This is an introductory paper to the concepts : Ideas and theories in Political theory. It seeks explain the evolution and usage of these concepts, Ideas and theories with reference to individual thinkers both historically and analytically. the changing nature of Political Culture and the role of various regional parties in shaping states

Political system followed by structure and function of State Government, State legislature and

local Self- Government, this paper focus on Agitation in Maharashtra.
