ABSTRACTSome of the major challenges in the decades ahead relate to those caused by increasing population and growing prosperity has to meet the energy needs. Usable Energy or simply Exergy, especially Electricity is universally recognized as a major component of the developing debate. A report on exergy analysis of steam power plant is presented. It is our final year project. Our project contains exergy analysis of Thermal Power Plant Muzaffargarh. The need and importance of power is not hidden with anyone. Steam power plants have much importance in arena of power generation. To work and study on power plants is very important and good task for mechanical engineering students.
