LET's Manager argued I was too old when wanting to not pay bills! Capitalism got in the road of any afforded service and actually done damage. I explained that she was being ridiculous because I was not eligible for this type of assistance that LET's had raised earlier and it was insulting that Centrelink would remove services to then try and validate the effect by claiming you to be disabled I told her she was insulting and kept trying to bring the conversation back to the Completion of my Cert IV in Websites after my services had been removed, described elsewhere. During the appointment with James I first demanded he identify his profession qualifications and ID so accountability can be upheld. James sort advice and signed a document that I maintain listing that he is a Registered Psychologist working for DHS Assessment Services JSC1 Special Needs. With this I asked James why Centrelink Broken Hill, Fran Greville had told me I should talk to him about getting on a pension for physical ailments. At the end of our discussion and in light of no explanation on the Government actions that bought such a meeting I left with many serious questions about any Government decency! No, I will not be at any appointment with Murdi Paaki Regional Enterprise at the Menindee Rural Transaction Centre, or via any platform or
venue. Yes, I do wish to take legal action against further disadvantage where needed!

Regarding the Rural Transaction Centre, Margot Muscat runs this Central Darling Shire building as RTC Coordinator, Margot's Husband
threatened me with a steal sign in the building, as part of a payback effort for complaint made involve others!
Murdi Paaki came to Menindee leaching long time residents like myself of information to give appearance of local knowledge.
Murdi Paaki kept ignoring my request to continue in Cert4 training whilst forcing me to sign a Individual Participation Plan against will, under
threat of another suspension of service I had no choice but to sign a IPP that removed Certificate 4 Web design completion.
Murdi Paaki used my knowledge and offered no service as to remove me, or have me request removal as their client.
Now you deliberately stall further to push the possibility to resume Cert 4 out beyond a start in 2014 to 2015.
During a private discussion with a Justice of Peace, I found a boy friend of Murdi Paaki employee listening in.
The only place I will be dealing with these people Is in a court of law!
Government has systematically removed all services including HealthCare, which is illegal.
No issues raised have been addressed.
Your right to wealth does not supersede my rights to basic service without spite, malice or revenge to cause physical harm or through intimidation
to access services and ability to comply.
You have been notified, there are also unraised matters of corruption involving Medical professionals and law enforcement, and possibly
Politian's of which I would prefer a promise of protection from outside local authorities to disclose.

This matter is the responsibility of Employment Department through JSA and Contractors.
Department of Communications regarding a promise of broadband which failed through a contractors poor workmanship and experience.
Industry covering Training, Skills and the importance of fully funding training, before damaging client opportunities.
